Endive and mixed greens topped with tomatoes, walnuts and stilton cheese, served with a bleu cheese dressing.

Indian Shrimp

Five tiger shrimp sautéed with our fruit chutney and brandy served over a bed of jasmine rice.

Scotch Egg

Seasoned ground lamb wrapped around a hard-boiled egg, served on a bed of jasmine rice.

Eight wings tossed in a sweet chili glaze, served on a bed of jasmine rice.

Bubble and Squeak

Potato pancake with cabbage and bacon, topped with a slice of ham and served with a brown sauce drizzled on top.

Stacked Naan

Naan bread topped with cream cheese raita, keema (a seasoned ground beef), Indian greens, jalapeños and topped with melted mozzarella cheese.

Indonesian Satay

Marinated, grilled chicken breast, topped with a spicy peanut sauce on a bed of jasmine rice, served with a side of peaches.

Sirloin steak fire grilled & topped with port wine stilton butter.

Marinated Sizzling Steak†

Sirloin steak, marinated in garlic, ginger and soy, grilled and topped with a chili-lime butter.

Garlic Peppercorn Sirloin†

Sirloin steak fire grilled & drowned in a creamy garlic peppercorn sauce.

Guinness Beef

Beef tips slow cooked in Guinness beer & brown sugar.

Sesame Beef Salad

Marinated slices of beef sautéed with red onions & green peppers in sesame oil. Served on a bed of mixed greens topped with raita.

Blackened Salmon Salad

Line-caught salmon fillet. Blackened, served with roasted corn vinaigrette.

Railway Lamb Curry

Bite-size pieces of lamb and potatoes cooked in a mild brown curry sauce, flavored with anise and coconut milk, served with an Indian plate.

Vindaloo Pork

Bite size pieces of pork prepared in a spicy vindaloo sauce, served with jasmine rice, naan bread and Indian greens.

Butter Chicken Curry

Bite-size pieces of chicken in a mild tomato curry sauce, served with jasmine rice, naan bread and Indian greens.

Tandoori Chicken

A boneless, skinless chicken breast, rubbed with a tandoori curry blend, smoked and finished on the grill. Served on a hot iron skillet.

Whitefish Grenoble

Pan-seared Lake Superior whitefish coated with seasoned flour. Garnished with diced lemon, tomatoes and capers, served with jasmine rice and grilled vegetables.

Sautéed Cod

Two Atlantic cod fillets pan sautéed then topped with a spicy chili black bean sauce.
